Maintenance Tech needed for apartment community. Position is full time and will require candidate to work Monday through Friday with on-call rotation. Apartment experience a plus but willing to train. APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN PUEBLO.
The Maintenance team will perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community, including handling repairs and improvement of vacant apartments for market ready status.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Some Carpentry skills required.
Performs various community maintenance functions.
Responds to service requests in a timely manner.
Performs on-call emergency service as required.
Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacancies and common areas.
Moves appliances as needed.
Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
Maintains open communication with Office Staff and Property Manager.
Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, co-workers and the general public at all times, on or off the property. Uniforms are provided.
Assists other Staff members as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
