Adarand Constructors, Inc. is now accepting applications to fill open Project Foreman positions. The Project Foreman will oversee a crew of 3-10 and is responsible for all field aspects of completing project from start to finish. Established in 1976, Adarand Constructors Inc. primary focus is on the construction of highway guardrail systems.
A successful Project Foreman must be able to:
> Be away from home Monday through Friday as our work is throughout Colorado.
> Monitor compliance of Adarand's Safety Procedures and Policies at all times.
> Manage all field aspects and responsibilities of projects from start to finish within Adarand quality standards and budget.
> Communicate professionally with everybody and in all circumstances.
> Work outside in all weather conditions.
> Work night shifts when project requires.
> Perform strenuous physical work throughout the workday.
Requirements:
> Authorized to Work in the USA
> High School Diploma or GED
> Valid Driver's License
> Clean Driving Record
> Experience in a Foreman/ Management Position
> Highway Construction Experience (Preferred)
> Must Pass a Post Offer, Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Physical, Strength and Background Checks
