A well-established successful real estate holding company is looking for an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER, HANDYMAN. Must be able to work full time (minimum 32-hour per week), know general labor, plumbing, electricity, installing appliances, small household repairs, and answer tenant calls within 24 hours. Must be able to speak English, and interact with tenants in a courteous and customer-service oriented manner. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of weight, do any type of property management work upon request, and MANAGE and DIRECT STAFF. The potential candidate will be supervised by an experienced real estate property owner, with punch lists, deadlines, and direct work orders. Must be able to accept direction, supervision, and constructive criticism. Excellent pay ($23 per hour), insurance (health, vision, dental), pension plan option, 2 weeks paid vacation, workmen's comp, and other perks. Only serious inquiries, please.
