Aerotek Energy Services is currently hiring for a large utility scale solar project just outside Trinidad, Colorado.
We're Currently hiring general laborers interested in learning utility scale ground mount solar construction,
experienced installers, apprentice electricians, and licensed journeymen. Candidates will be helping to construct the electrical portion of a 150MW 235,000 panel solar array.
Job Duties:
Installing panels
Assembling racking
Torqueing bolts/nuts/fixtures
Wire management
String wire
Inverter installation
Trenching
Conduit bending
Material staging and other labor duties
Project will last over one year and candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
Pay: 23.00/hr for labor/install crews.
Training provided for people with previous construction experience, along with PPE, etc.
Full time work, OT after 40 hours
