Hollenstine CPA is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our busy firm. The right individual must have excellent communication skills, the ability to organize, multi-task and maintain a professional attitude at all times. The right candidate is motivated, shows initiative, is willing to be a team player and manages confidential information appropriately.
The qualifications for this position include previous work in a administrative office position, experience using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge is required. Accounting experience would be preferred.
