Job Title: Grow Tech

Reports to: Cultivation Director

Location: Pueblo

Starting Pay: $15.00 hr.

Job Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities and Duties

• This position has a specific focus on the propagation of new cannabis plants and ensuring their health and vitality

• Assist with all aspects of growing including watering, fertilization, spraying, cloning and manicuring

• Plant maintenance, including environment monitoring and plant placement

• Assuring plant health by identifying insects and diseases, testing, and documenting

• Identifying, tracking and controlling insect related issues using IPM practices

• Problem solving. Alerting management to any issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a current Colorado Support or Key Badge

• Previous experience in commercial propagation is a must

• Must have high energy, self-motivation and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team oriented

• Willing to work flexible hours with weekends required

• Must have reliable transportation and good attendance

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds, may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
