Looking for an experienced property Maintenace man with plumbing and building skill to take care of 38 residential and commercial units. Must have own tools and truck. Need to be able to work at least 20 hours a week be good with people and have good references. Pay will be dependent on skill. Must be dependable . Need to have property Maintenace skills such as painting, plank flooring install, drywall repair.
