This role will drive the development and management of our credit risk modeling efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and a deep understanding of lending customer analytics. You will collaborate with a team of business analysts, engineers, and designers to bring our products to market and enhance the customer journey. Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to accurately forecast customer behaviors and optimize credit product usage.
Conduct comprehensive analyses on large and complex data sets using tools such as SQL, Python, and Spark, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Create robust experimentation frameworks, define clear evaluation metrics, and design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and inform strategic initiatives.
Lead end-to-end modeling projects, setting clear expectations and timelines.
Collaborate effectively with business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and successful project outcomes.

3+ years of experience in Data Science creating and deploying models
Proficient in any of the following applied analytical techniques - clustering, regression analysis, time series analysis, NLP, neural networks, KNN, association rules, decision trees, logistic regression or similar.
Financial services and model governance experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
