The Service Manager is responsible for the daily operational coordination of customer repairs.
This position works in concert with the Shop Manager to facilitate maximum shop throughput
while achieving quality goals. A successful Service Manager is an expert at customer relations
and operations management.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee, coordinate, and manage operations workflow
● Provide an exceptional customer service experience
● Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
● Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department
● Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and inventory
Qualifications:
● High capacity for Situational Awareness - you have the ability to see the larger, daily picture
of operations flow and have the ability to pivot where required
● 3-5 years of experience in operations management
● 3-5 years of previous leadership experience
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Seriously strong computer skills (you’re a power user)
● Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems
● Positive attitude - you are a positive person, a team player, and add to our culture. This is a
non-negotiable trait
● Valid Driver's License
● 1+ years in the automotive service industry (bonus)
● Familiarity with automotive mechanics and repairs (bonus)

Benefits:
● Salaried Position - $60,000 - $95,000
