Position Summary:
The Front Desk/Guest Services Agent is cross trained as a Front Desk Agent as well as a Telephone Agent. We are looking for an outgoing personality who is customer service oriented. No hospitality experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for welcoming and assisting all guests
Information source for those calling into the hotel.
Knowledge of the property's amenities, hotel layout, and area attractions.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent education required.
Previous hands-on customer service exposure.
Computer competency including Microsoft Office 2007 and Galaxy, Light Speed, or other similar hotel Property Management systems preferred.
