Responsibilities Include:
-Lead by example, delivering exceptional guest service and guiding your team to success.
-Oversee ski equipment storage and handling, assisting with gondola and vehicle loading/unloading.
-Maintain a clean, organized drop-off/pick-up area and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
-Assist guests throughout their stay, provide local area expertise, and collaborate with other departments to exceed expectations.
-Ensure safety compliance, oversee equipment maintenance, and participate in Marriott and East West Resorts training programs.

Minimum Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team. This role requires physical stamina, as you’ll need to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds, stand and maintain steady mobility for up to 8 hours, and work outdoors for your entire shift. You must also be able to regularly push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
