About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Local Host & Property Manager to oversee guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of care for our luxury residences. This role combines concierge-level hospitality with property management to ensure seamless stays for our Members.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Host Services:

Pre-Arrival Preparation:

Purchase and stock pre-arrival groceries from a list provided by the EE Destination Manager.

Conduct a thorough home check to ensure housekeeping is complete, consumable items are replenished, and the home is set in a welcoming condition.

Check and prepare essential details such as lighting, TV, and overall ambiance for arrival.

Member Experience & Hospitality:

Personally greet Members at the residence and provide a welcome tour.

Remain available by phone (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to assist with questions or concierge services.

Conduct a mid-stay check-in and a pre-departure visit to ensure a smooth experience.

Offer occasional service trips as needed.

Post-Departure & Quality Assurance:

Inspect the home for any items left behind or damages, reporting issues as necessary.

Verify that all appliances, thermostats, lighting, and home systems are properly set.

Oversee and coordinate housekeeping services to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

Property Management Services:

Conduct weekly inspections of heating/cooling, plumbing, electricity, security, and outdoor areas.

Manage consumable inventory and replenish stock as needed.

Oversee maintenance and repair of home amenities, coordinating with vendors as necessary.

Arrange landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal property upkeep.

Coordinate all service vendors, including pool maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Execute biannual deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Handle package and luggage shipments, ensuring timely delivery.

Stock and manage firewood supply (where applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or luxury vacation rentals preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Ability to multitask and provide seamless service to high-end clientele.

Knowledge of home maintenance and vendor coordination.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
