We’re searching for enthusiastic Shuttle Drivers to join our guest services team this winter. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding guests around Beaver Creek, ensuring their mountain experience is seamless and extraordinary. Duties Include:
As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests by transporting them between The Charter and Beaver Creek. Your responsibilities include operating the shuttle vehicle with care, ensuring passenger safety by adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll keep the shuttle clean and well-presented, monitor weather and road conditions to adapt your driving for smooth journeys, and conduct regular vehicle inspections. Accurate record-keeping will also be essential to maintaining seamless operations throughout the season.

Minimum Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum age of 21.
-Previous experience in shuttle driving and hospitality preferred.
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
-Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective responses to guest needs.
-High standard of personal presentation, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
