We are seeking a part-time Property Manager to lead the operations at The Timberline. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in managing guest relations, facility upkeep, and maintaining team morale.
This role involves working four days a week. Two days will be spent as the manager or Person in Charge (POC), which includes overseeing the cleaning team, serving as the main point of contact for guests, and being available for on-call, after-hours guest support. The other two days, you will work as a supporting member of our hospitality team from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Property Manager and assume responsibilities during the Manager's absence including team management, guest management, and overall hospitality operations. Our ideal candidate has some hospitality adn/or property management experience.
The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while carrying out duties in support of the Property Manager.
We are looking for this person to start on June 10.
Compensation: $500/wk, with housing and phone plan included.
This position pays $150 set rate per day for POC days, and $20/hour for housekeeping days (est. 10 hours per week).
The assistant manager will receive a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. The apartment includes linens, dining furniture, a TV, a couch, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen is simple but functional, equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven. Laundry facilities are available on-site, just two doors down from the apartment. The apartment is located on Harrison Avenue, the main street of downtown Leadville. The market rate for this apartment is $1200 per month.
