We are currently searching for a multifaceted employee who is able to work the FOH as a barista and BOH as a baker.

Our Cafe Barista is the front line of customer service and fulfillment in our retail location. In this role, you will serve up drinks and experiences that brighten people’s day. You will brew delicious coffee (roasted by us, here at the cafe!), you’ll serve our customers tasty drinks and food, bus tables, run food, and wash dishes. The duties are diverse, but the job boils down to being engaging, knowledgeable, and kind. Performing excellent service in our coffee bar feels like hosting a great dinner party. It’s hard work, but it’s fulfilling. And if that sounds like fun to you, you’ll probably like working here.
Responsibilities:
Confidently operate job-related instruments and tools such as:
- Commercial Mixer
- Stone Heart Cinelli Oven
- Kitchen Knives
- Grain mill
- Espresso machine
- Coffee Grinders
Display excellent hospitality to all customers and coworkers
Hustle, as a matter of principle
Portion prep items for efficient line work
Maintain a clean work environment
You MUST
be able to work weekends
be 21+ in order to serve alcohol to our customers

be able to be on your feet for 6-8 hours a day
