About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Bartender to join our team in the heart of Breckenridge. This is a high-volume, fast-paced ski town environment—perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives under pressure, and knows how to keep guests coming back for another round.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
Provide friendly, engaging service to locals and visitors alike
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs responsibly
Follow all state and local alcohol laws and safety guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management
Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere at the bar
Qualifications
1+ year bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be 21+ and TIPS certified (or willing to obtain)
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak ski season
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
