Coffee and Tea Market (C&T) is located at the base of Winter Park Resort in the Balcony House. C&T has been a local's favorite for the past 40 years serving a variety of pastries, breakfast, sandwiches, soups and a wide selection of beverages. We are counter-service so customers order at the counter and then take a seat and pick up their food from the kitchen counter. Not full table-service.
We are currently seeking to fill all positions for the 2025-2026 Winter Season! Positions include:
- Full-time Kitchen Lead Line Cook
- Full-time or Part-time Line Cook
- Full-time Front of House Manager
- Barista/Bartender/Cashiers (full-time preferred but will consider part-time for the right people)
- Dishwasher (part-time-weekends required)

Hourly wages are $13.50-$20+tips depending on position and experience. Tips are pooled and split evenly based on hours. Tips averaged $20/hour last season meaning average wage+tips, depending on position, is $33.50-$40/Hour
Winter Season will run mid-November until the end of April. No housing provided.
