Coffee and Tea Market (C&T) is located at the base of Winter Park Resort in the Balcony House. C&T has been a local's favorite for the past 40 years serving a variety of pastries, breakfast, sandwiches, soups and a wide selection of beverages. We are counter-service so customers order at the counter and then take a seat and pick up their food from the kitchen counter. No full table-service.
We are currently seeking to fill a LINE COOK position for the 2024-2025 Winter Season! Full-time preferred but will consider Part-Time. Experience preferred but we can train the right person also. A full shift is 6:30am-4pm, some shorter shifts (7am-1pm) are available as well. Set schedule for the whole season.

Hourly wages are $14.42+TIPS (more hourly depending on experience). Tips are pooled and split evenly based on hours. Tips averaged $20/hour last season meaning average wage+tips, is $28-40/HOUR.
Winter season will run early-November until the end of April. Unfortunately, we don't have any housing available for employees.
