Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Washing Dishes:
Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into dishwashers, or wash them by hand, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keep dishwashing areas, storage areas, and floors clean and organized, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Stocking and Organizing:
Replenish serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators with clean dishes and utensils.
Assisting with Food Prep:
Help with basic food preparation tasks as directed by other staff.
Waste Disposal:
Properly dispose of trash and recycling, maintaining a clean and organized waste area.
Following Procedures:
Adhere to established health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure dishwashers and other cleaning equipment are functioning properly and report any issues.
General Cleaning:
Assist with general cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00/hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
