Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef or sous chef in high-end restaurants
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with FOH management and staff
Responsibilities:
- Expedite dinner service to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- Coach and mentor line cooks to maintain kitchen standards
- Manage ordering and receiving of kitchen supplies
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house (FOH) team for seamless operations
- Previous experience with pizza dough or bread baking is a bonus, but not a must
