The F&B Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Historic Belton Chalet Taproom and Dining Room. We are looking for a skilled leader who is well-organized and can delegate and direct the activities of the team. They ensure that the varied requirements for food safety, supplies, inventory and staff are all handled in a way that contributes to the best possible guest experience while simultaneously meeting budgetary goals. Strong customer service and inter-personnel skills are required. Must be thoughtful and professional while interacting with guests and staff, and have the foresight to anticipate and resolve any possible issues. The F&B Manager is also responsible for the successful planning and execution of events held in the dining room and on property. The ability to stay cool under pressure by being resilient, adaptable and flexible are important for success in this position.
Minimum one year of experience in a fine dining, fast paced environment, preferably in a Hotel/Lodge setting. Extensive knowledge of wine and bar service is required.
This is a Salaried, seasonal position on our core management Team. Position starts May 6th and ends first week in October. Housing is available.
