Position available: Server

General Purpose:

Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.

Essential Duties:

Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.

Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.

Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.

Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.

Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.

Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.

Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.

Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.

Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.

Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.

Aids in food running, bussing, and other service duties.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Aid in setup, breakdown, and functionality of events

Regular and reliable attendance in proper washed and cleaned uniform.

Perform proper sommelier wine service

Performs other duties as required.

Position available: Bartender

General Purpose:

Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with in established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.

Essential Duties:

Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.

Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.

Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.

Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.

Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.

Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.

Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.

Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.

Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.

Aid in setup, breakdown, and functionality of events and theme nights

On occasion serves meals to guests.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Position available: Server Assistant

General Purpose:

Assists servers in providing efficient service by keeping the room neat and clean.

Essential Duties:

Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.

Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.

Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.

Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes, chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins.

Assists the server when needed.

Keeps work stations well stocked of items and ingredients, mis en place.

Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Aid in setup, breakdown, and functionality of events and theme nights

Regular and reliable attendance in proper washed and cleaned uniform.

Performs other duties as required.

Position Available: Snack Bar Attendant

General Purpose:

Supports food servers and beverage cart attendants by preparing food and/or beverages. Provides

quality service to members and guests.

Essential Duties:

 Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.

 Prepares and serves food and beverage items.

 Maintains organized and clean work area.

 Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products.

 Receives deliveries of product from vendors and ensures proper storage.

 Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.

 Stocks and inventories products.

 Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.

 Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to

members and guests.

 Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures

provided by the management.

 Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and

Chef.

 Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis.

 Utilizes point of sale system.

 Accountable for cash and check transactions.

 Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

 Regular and reliable attendance.

 Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with arms and hands; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches; talks or hears. Occasionally sits; climbs or balances. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
