Larkspur is currently hiring Line Chefs to join our team! We have full and part time positions available. This is an opportunity to work in and contribute to one of Vail’s iconic fine dining restaurants that has been serving the valley for 24 years. We are a privately owned restaurant located at the base of Golden Peak offering slope side dining. Larkspur is open to the general public five months of the year for lunch and après. During the summer we are closed to the public for private events, specializing in high end weddings.
Qualifications
Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for extended periods of time
Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs, as needed
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we will train those with a strong desire to learn
Sense of urgency
Timeliness, cleanliness and an attention to detail
