Big Trout Brewing is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team for the summer season (and beyond!). Work in the heart of Winter Park, CO at an award winning craft brewery. Big Trout is a owned and operated by a local family, and after opening our doors in 2020, we have made a name for ourselves in the brewing industry with awards, accolades and a strong following. Located in Cooper Creek Square, we enjoy the benefits of the foot traffic in the most-visited shopping and dining center in the county, as well as free live music every Friday and Saturday just outside of our patio. Our kitchen offers a wide array of delicious food, including rotating specials and there is tons of room for creativity!
