Join our housekeeping team at The Timberline Motel in Leadville! This position is 3–4 days a week, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, and pays $18 per hour. We’re looking for someone who can start right away.
No experience is necessary — we’re happy to train the right person! We just ask for reliability, a strong work ethic, and a friendly attitude
Please note that housing is not included with this position. The hourly rate has been adjusted to reflect that difference.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms top-to-bottom, including sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, small kitchens, and bed making
Notify the team if a room has excessive mess or damaged items
Replenish consumable items as needed
Support laundry operations as assigned
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Communicate promptly about maintenance or safety issues
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods
Speaks and understands basic English (Spanish speakers welcome — bilingual is a plus!)
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: 3–4 days per week (approximately 18–24 hours)
Compensation: $18/hour, paid twice monthly
