Pickup's Pizza Company is hiring full time, experienced Restaurant Managers.
Qualified candidates should have:
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
Strong control over Food and Labor Controls, Cash Management, P&L Accountability
Proficient with Point Of Sale, Online Ordering, Internet Service and Software Updates
Has the ability to supervise, coach, develop, lead by example; motivate employees.
Can establish, maintain and enforce consistently high-performance standards.
Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Open/flexible work availability
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding guest courtesy skills
Spanish Speaking recommended, but not required
