Summit Sky Ranch is a new development just north of Silverthorne. To accommodate those owners in our community who wish to rent their homes, the HOA has set up an internally managed short-term rental program. We are looking for an extremely detail oriented & organized person to join our team as we continue to build and refine our program moving forward. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits, excellent growth potential, and the potential for substantial performance bonuses. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is will consistently go the extra mile to lead this very important aspect of the program to ensure a consistently perfect product for both owners and guests alike.

Responsibilities:

Support the Short-Term Rental Team in managing the overall growth of the program by taking the lead in ensuring the quality of cleaning and maintenance in the physical homes themselves is up to our standards.

Become an expert on each individual home and proactively manage housekeeping teams, maintenance contractors and outside vendors to ensure each home is consistently perfect for guest and owner arrivals.

Work with management to create standards of home upkeep, cleanliness, and general maintenance and evaluate compliance to those standards.

Manage the inventory and ordering of consumables both in the home and in back stock to ensure supplies are always stocked and available.

Manage the quality of the individual homes by conducting thorough check-out inspections and preparing each home for arrival once housekeeping has finished cleaning. Conduct annual inventory of items in each home.

Coordinate scheduling 3rd party vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) and consistently work with vendors to improve processes and ensure exceptional quality.

Identify any issues where guests are to be held responsible for damage and work with STR Management to resolve the issue and hold guests accountable when needed.

Identify maintenance issues or damage to the home and work with STR Management to solve the problem. Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure a job well done.

Work outside of the homes as necessary to ensure exterior quality meets interior quality. While we do require each home to have snow removal services from a 3rd party, this position will still require shoveling walk ways, cleaning grills, sweeping leaves, etc. as needed.

This bulk of your work days will be spent inside of, or at the homes, but you’ll office out of the Aspen House and as needed, will be asked to provide basic assistance with operations at the Aspen House.

Requirements:

Position likely require working Sunday - Thursday and potentially the occasional holiday depending on operations.

Incredible attention to detail and organization is a must. Willingness to hold others to that high standard is also a must.

Willingness to get your hands dirty when necessary and be outside in inclement weather from time to time.

Basic understanding of how modern in-home technology (smart tv’s, wifi, etc.) works and how to troubleshoot issues.

Basic computer skills with experience in excel, word, etc.

Short-term rental experience is helpful but not necessary.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a customer service focused role

Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as well as travel within the community and to suppliers around town when necessary.
