Now Hiring: Summer & Fall Sous Chefs at Beyul Retreat
We’re on the lookout for a few additional sous chefs to join our culinary crew this summer and fall! Beyul is a backcountry retreat center just 1 hour from Aspen & Carbondale, up the Frying Pan River Valley (mile 26 above Ruedi Reservoir).
Gathering for a meal is one of our favorite rituals at Beyul, and as sous chef, you’ll help create nourishing, seasonal dishes that fuel everything from wellness retreats to weddings.
We’re hiring Sous Chefs for the following retreat dates:
July 3–6
July 31–Aug 3
Aug 7–10
Aug 29–Sept 1
Sept 4–7
Sept 18–21
Oct 25–28
Ideal candidates have experience cooking for groups (retreats, pop-ups, or events), love working with fresh ingredients, and thrive in a collaborative kitchen. Bonus points if you’re into mountain living, team vibes, and meals that make people feel cared for.
