Come join the 4UR Ranch management team as our dining room team leader in the stunning San Juan Mountains. We are a seasonal guest ranch offering our guests first class dining, horseback riding, fly fishing and hiking. Our dining room team leader is responsible for running the day to day meal service for our guests and managing the team of seven servers.
Responsibilities include managing a team of seven servers, nightly wine service, scheduling, managing guest special requests, inventories and working closely with the executive chef and general manager. Position includes room and board, with the 4UR Ranch employment season running from May to October.
Salary for this position is negotiable and includes an end of season performance bonus as well as room and board on the ranch.
