Yeti's Grind is looking for Baristas and Leaders!
Do you love great coffee and food? Would you enjoy being part of an amazing team in a fun and fast-paced, customer focused setting? We are seeking a few thoughtful and enthusiastic people to join our team. Our workplace vibe is second to none, pay is great - Entry starts at $25+ an hour (including tip) - and Leadership is $60K - $80K+ yearly. No experience is necessary, but if you've got it, that's a plus!
Responsibilities include:
prepare and serve a variety of coffee, other beverages and food with precision and care
Take customer orders and ensure a personalized experience
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Learn about coffee offerings and share your knowledge with customers
Qualifications:
Previous Barista experience is a plus, but not required
Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Desire to be a long term team member, not seasonal
