Full time landscape crew members for the 2025 season; April 15 - November 15. The work week is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday with Saturdays available.
We are looking for:
Candidates with a desire to be a part of a professional team who take pride in their work and enjoy horticulture and working outdoors.
We require good communication skills, the ability and knowledge, or desire to learn; lawn care, pruning, fertilizer application, weed control, mulching and to assist with irrigation work.
The ideal candidate will have good observation skills, be detail oriented, have an interest in sustainability and eco friendly methods and products and the ability to communicate with co-workers and management.
Workers must have transportation to and from work, we meet at 8AM each work day in Avon. Driver's license preferred.
Experience welcome, training provided.
