Under new supervision the Iron Horse Condominiums in Winter Park is seeking Maintenance Tech II and III for part and full-time shifts.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Good mechanical aptitude, general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing
Basic general facilities maintenance and repair
Communicates with the Community Manager on a weekly basis to track and complete any building or maintenance projects
Inspects equipment on regularly scheduled basis; Complies with safety precautions
Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
A successful Maintenance Technician will have the following:
Ability to operate power tools
General Maintenance and grounds keeping
Good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong initiative
Eligibility to work for any employer in the US
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
