Seeking detailed, self motivated individuals with at least 2 years experience in property management and condo maintenance. Troubleshooting skills a must. Individual will be part of a successful HOA Management Team and will be rewarded with uniforms and possible housing. Certified Pool Operation certification a plus. Duties will include but not limited to, snow shoveling, cleaning, landscaping and homeowner/guest interaction.
