We are seeking a reliable and dedicated property manager to oversee the maintenance and care of our vacation home in Montezuma, Colorado throughout the winter season. As out-of-town owners, it is crucial that the property manager is committed to staying the entire winter. The role includes ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, managing snow removal, and addressing any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Monitor and manage snow removal using the provided snowplow to ensure the driveway remains clear and accessible.
Regularly inspect the property for any issues and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with contractors as needed.
Ensure the home remains in excellent condition, including managing utilities and addressing any emergencies promptly.
Maintain clear communication with property owners, providing updates on property status and any concerns.
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management is required.
Must be dependable and committed to staying in Summit County for the entire winter season.
Ability to respond promptly to any property issues, including snow events.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the job site.
Experience operating a snowplow is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
