Pinnacle Properties of Colorado is looking to add a full time construction helper to assist in the construction of new single family and multi family homes in Steamboat Springs, CO
Job Description:
- Assist in the construction of new single-family and multi-family homes.
- Measure height, width, length, and other proportions
- Utilize various saws, nail guns and drills to erect structures
- Use levels, rules, plumb bobs and framing squares
- Selecting, measuring and marking materials for rough door and window frames, floors, walls, roofs and foundations
- General job site housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
- Math Skills: Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating dimensions of a project using a tape measure and calculator
- Physical strength/dexterity: Possess the strength required in lifting and handling of heavy materials as well as possessing the coordination required in using carpentry tools
- Past experience with using power tools such as circular saw, miter saw & nail gun
- Willingness to learn and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Prior home building experience a plus but not required. We will train the right person
