Would you like to spend your summer surrounded by flowers? High Country Waterworks is hiring both full and part-time gardening positions. We are a small company offering competitive pay, matching retirement contributions and end of season bonuses for all employees plus paid July 4th and Labor Day off for full-time employees. Our season runs early-mid May through late October, weather dependent, and we primarily work in Breckenridge and Silverthorne. Experience helpful but not required. An eye for detail is key along with the understanding that gardening is physically demanding work.
Typical responsibilities include:
Maintain flower beds, planting areas, annual pots and planters; spring/fall cleanups; deadhead/prune flowers; prune shrubs/ small trees; weed beds; fertilize; spread mulch; plant annuals, perennials, shrubs and bulbs; assist with installation of new beds/planting areas.
