Allied Security Group would like to hire an extraordinary individual to test, install and repair security and fire systems in Summit County. No experience is necessary, but if you have experience and are looking for a great working environment, please apply. We will negotiate pay based upon experience as well. This is a full time, year round position 9AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday. All the technicians take turns being on call after hours. Each of them is generally on call for one week every 5-6 weeks. There is extra pay for this. There are definite benefits; including working within Summit County only and most days you get off work at 5PM. We do not clock out for lunch, we get paid for 1 hour each day to have lunch etc. We actually work 7 hours per day and get paid for 8. After 90 days of employment, there is paid time off for major holidays, medical, dental, vision and other benefits. After one year there is a week of paid vacation time.
