Job description:
We are an award-winning design firm—Best of Vail winner for Interior Design, 4 years in a row—seeking a motivated and passionate Interior Designer to join our growing team. The right candidate will not only bring strong design skills and experience but also a great attitude, sense of humor, and positive energy to our collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
3–5 years of professional design experience
Degree in Interior Design (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
Maintains knowledge of current industry trends in finishes, furnishings, lighting, and related products across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Demonstrates strong capabilities in managing and overseeing projects from initial concept through final installation
Focuses on interior design deliverables while providing accurate information to place and track orders
Collaborates with project coordinators to ensure smooth execution and follow-through on all projects
Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials
Prefer proficiency in 3D Modeling, Rhino preferred
Knowledge of Design Manager software is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
