Busy accounting firm in Avon is hiring two part-time or one full-time administrative professional(s) to manage the front desk and assist with various office duties.
Responsibilities include:
Answering telephones, greeting and assisting clients
Printing, binding and assembly of audit reports or tax returns
Provide support to staff and partners
Input of data from various sources into computer or system
Ensure positive first impression of firm facilities
Qualifications:
Equivalent experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks
Excellent judgment and discretion
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail, computer skills a must
