Full Time or Part Time AP/AR Specialist
5 days a week/ 9am-5pm - Flexible after training
Hourly Rate $30 - $35 hr. (DOE)

2024 Best of Summit Property Management Company, HOA requires an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist. Familiarity with CINC Systems or similar software-based accounting management solutions is preferred. Role is responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable and receivables for 21 HOA’s under management. Duties include but are not limited to checking CINC daily for owner payments and post to owner accounts. Use QuickBooks for management company payables and billing of work orders. Check the mail at the post office and deposit checks using the Alliance Association Bank Remote Deposit check scanner and software. Download invoices from emails and website and entering for payment. Print checks using QuickBooks and CINC software.
The job is full time, in-person in a traditional office setting with some flexibility for remote work once trained.
