3rd Gen Roofing LLC is hiring a full-time Office Manager. The position will be responsible for our 1st line of customer engagement– answering phones, emails and following up with prospective clients. Data entry, mileage tracking, invoicing and general administrative work will be part of ongoing day-to-day tasks.
Ideal candidate will be organized, motivated and an excellent communicator. Professional demeanor and good computer skills are must-haves. Preferred, but not required skills are bilingual (English & Spanish), previous office experience and/or a background in construction, project management or other industry-relevant experience. We are willing to train the right candidate in all aspects of the position.
The position will start January 2025 as work-from-home, and will transition to office-based once we initiate our March 2025 lease in Buena Vista. Hours are 8-5 with an hour break for lunch. Pay will start at $25 an hour and will be bonus eligible.
