We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Event & Admin Support Specialist to support our event operations and assist with key administrative tasks. This role will involve coordinating event logistics, managing vendor communications, and processing vendor payments. As part of this role, you will facilitate vendor payments using cryptocurrency, so a basic understanding of purchasing and managing crypto transactions is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate event logistics and provide essential remote support for event operations.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including vendor communication, expense tracking, and organizing event details.
Process vendor payments via cryptocurrency; prior experience with purchasing and transferring crypto funds is necessary.
Receive check payments sent by our team and ensure timely processing for vendor payments.
Establish and maintain an LLC and business bank account to facilitate professional vendor payments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event coordination and administrative support.
Proficiency in handling cryptocurrency transactions, including purchasing and transferring funds.
Ability to establish and maintain an LLC and business bank account for processing payments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
This is a flexible, fully remote position with opportunities for growth. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
