VALBRUNA Vail is excited to invite you to join our team as a Sales Associate! We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, have great interpersonal skills, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
Greet customers upon arrival, offer help and respond to their inquiries
Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service
Evaluate customer needs and offer information on product features
Assist customers with selections by offering guidance and recommendations
Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and returns
Manage the opening and closing of the POS system, Retail Pro
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing with effective merchandising
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
An approachable, friendly, and personable manner with a positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working with a team and happy to follow guidance
Skilled at handling a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
Compensation based on experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
