Job Summary:
Serve as Retail Sales Associate for Organix.This position is responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with MMJ sales.
Ensure all patients are receiving adequate and accurate information.
Be and remain compliant with any and all state regulations.
Basic cannabis knowledge.
Complete all tasks delegated by the supervising manager.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
Operate front desk computer, check-in patients, update patient file.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
General MMJ sales knowledge for both medical and recreational.
General knowledge of MED rules and requirements.
General computer skills.
MED Support/Key Badge.
General knowledge of METRC.
General cannabis knowledge - all forms of flower, concentrates, edibles and topical's.
Attention to detail when finalizing sales transactions.
Ability to conduct sales in a personable, attentive and upbeat manner.
Basic ID training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow direction and keep abreast of MED and company policy changes.
Perform daily shop duties as directed and in the duty checklist.
Conduct yourself in a personable manner that is attentive to patient needs.
Maintain shop organization and cleanliness.
Ensure that specials are applied appropriately in every customer cart.
Assist with POS system audits.
Perform receptionist duties and check-in processes.
Maintain dispensary files.
Stage Med and Rec flower products.
Perform other official duties as assigned.
