We are looking for someone to join our team in a retail associate role. Bluebird Kids Clothing Co. is a fun & fresh kids’ apparel & accessories store in Breckenridge and we strive to provide a shopping experience and selection that sets us apart from other ski town stores.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Motivated, strong attention to detail
-Strong customer service skills
-A positive attitude & enthusiasm to match the desired atmosphere for an upbeat kids store
-Gets along well with colleagues
-Prioritizes an organized work environment
-Accountable and reliable
-Ability to have a flexible work schedule that must include nights and weekends
-A huge plus if you have previous retail experience or any additional relevant experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-A variety of tasks in the daily upkeep of a retail store
-Bringing good, positive energy to your work environment and in helping customers
-Customer service in a retail setting and providing excellent, consistent customer service
-Stocking, organizing, and cleaning the store
-Communicate effectively with other employees, managers, and owners
-Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS & PAY
-$18-26/hr depending on availability and experience
-Health insurance available, and season pass or equivalent recreation bonus
