Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Winter Apparel Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion and outdoor apparel.
We are looking for Full or Part Time employees, from Wednesday through Sunday. Shifts are 12-9pm, with possibilities to split
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding winter apparel that meets their needs
Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves
Stock shelves regularly, manage inventory levels, and assist with merchandise replenishment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Assist in supervising team members when needed, supporting a collaborative store environment
Promote store promotions and participate in product knowledge activities such as demos
Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in clothing or outdoor apparel stores
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of merchandising, stock management
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness
