Veteran Own security company looking for Security Officers (Male or Female) to help with security for the Annual Cattlemen Days Rodeo in Gunnison, Colorado from Thursday July 11th - Saturday July 13th.
$15.00 an hour! Dinner is provided! Great opportunity for additional income and watch a little rodeo. Hours are 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm each evening, you can work all 3 evenings or just two evenings.
Locals are highly welcome and encourage. Free Lodging is provided for those who live out of the area (Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose)
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Prior military, law enforcement, EMT, Firefighter, Ski Patroller, DOW and private security experiences are encourage! Recent graduates from CLETA/POST Academy and Firefighter Academy will also be considered.
2. Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED is a plus, but not necessary
3. TIP's certified is a plus, but not necessary
4. Must be at least 21 years of age; can be waive for current military active duty, guard, reserve members.
5. Excellent physical health, able to stand long period of time and in a outdoor environment
6. No history of criminal or improper conduct
7. Able to speak and understand English
8. Must have present a professional appearances; No visible tattoo's or body piercing
9. Uniform shirts, jackets, hats will be provided. Must have own kaki/black pants. 5.11 tactical, BDU style, cargo pants are acceptable. No shorts or blue jeans!
10. Must also be able to demonstrate great customer service to clients and guests.
Responsibilities/Dutiess: Crowd Control, Loss Prevention, Control Access, Bags and coolers search to prevent no outside alcohol, ID Checks at Beer Tent, Monitor crowd in dettering any unruly bevaior and protection of livestock.
