We currently manage over 1,000 residential rental units, including houses, duplexes, apartments, and condos across the state.
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. If you're enthusiastic about meeting new people and making an impact in the rental housing market, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Meet prospective tenants at properties for scheduled tours
Answer questions and provide rental applications
Present each unit professionally and with enthusiasm
Help potential tenants envision themselves in their new home
Work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Smartphone with data (for scheduling and communication)
Comfortable working in all areas of Colorado
Availability:
3 weekday evenings (4 PM – 8 PM)
1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday, 11 AM – 5 PM)
Comfortable working alone or with minimal supervision
A friendly, driven, and confident personality – sales experience is a strong asset
Perks:
$19/hour base pay
$20 commission for every closed rental
Mileage reimbursement for driving to appointments
