Aspen Total Automotive (ATA) is the largest auto repair shop in Aspen. As the primary auto shop for over 90% of Aspen’s local enterprises and residents, we have a constant flow of business. ATA has a great team of six mechanics and a wonderful front office. One of our top service writers is moving home to New Mexico and we have an immediate need to replace him.

Position Summary
As a Service Advisor at Aspen Total Automotive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, offering guidance and support as they navigate the repair and maintenance process for their vehicles. Your role is pivotal in building lasting relationships with our clients, as you represent the face of ATA during every interaction.
In this role, you will manage the customer experience from start to finish, providing clear communication about the status of repairs and ensuring their satisfaction at every step. By delivering exceptional service and professionalism, you will contribute to ATA’s reputation as the trusted auto repair shop for Aspen’s residents and businesses.
Salary Range
First year: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience and certifications. There is room for upside with incentive plans.
One week of paid vacation. Increased with each year of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
- Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand. Auto repair knowledge is great to have, but not required.
- Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
- Work with Mechanic’s closely to order the correct parts.
- Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere
- Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer.
