We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help ensure smooth operations at our nail salon. In this role, you will work closely with our team to maintain a welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and address any concerns to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Collaborate with the salon manager on various tasks, including:
Scheduling team shifts
Monitoring and managing supply inventory
Placing orders for supplies
Assisting in training new team members
Filling in for the manager as needed
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the salon.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly to create a safe and inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nail technician.
- Active state license is required.
